DETROIT – A Detroit police officer was hurt Friday morning during a chase that ended in a crash on the service drive of I-94.
Police said officers were chasing two suspects in a home invasion when the suspects' car hit an unoccupied DDOT bus on the service drive near Linwood.

The suspects' car also hit another car that had two people inside. Those two people were not seriously hurt.
The suspects got out of their car and fled on foot, but were caught by police.
The officer was taken to a hospital for treatment, but the extent of his injuries were not immediately released by the department.
