Detroit mayoral candidate Benny Napoleon has offered the post of deputy mayor, if he is elected, to Krystal Crittendon.
Crittendon finished third in the Detroit mayoral primary election behind Napoleon and Mike Duggan.

Crittendon served as corporation counsel for the city of Detroit until she had a falling out with current mayor Dave Bing and was dismissed from her post.
Napoleon and Duggan face each other in the mayoral election next month.
