Police: 3 people hospitalized after shots fired at party

Romulus police are looking for the suspect who fled in a red or maroon Cadillac

ROMULUS, Mich. – Three people are recovering in the hospital after police say a party turned violent early Sunday morning.

Romulus Police say they responded to a residence on Beverly Road near Hunt Street just before 4 a.m. for reports of shots fired.

When officers arrived, they discovered three men suffering from gunshot wounds. The suspect had fled the scene.

The victims, ages 23, 20 and 24 were all transported to Oakwood Hospital where they are listed in temporary serious condition.

The suspect is described as a black male, age 20 to 25 with a light complexion, thin mustache and thin build. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a red long sleeved shirt. Police say he took off in a newer red or maroon Cadillac with a light colored vinyl top.
