DETROIT – General Motors CEO Mary Barra on Wednesday released a series of videos answering customers' questions about the ignition recall.
Barra's videos cover the following topics:
Barra also released a video statement, saying the company would learn from the situation and would be a better company.
"We will not let it ever happen again," Barra said.
