Southfield police looking for man who cashed stolen checks
Police: Man caught on ATM camera in March cashing stolen checks
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – Southfield police have released the photo of a man who is wanted in connection with cashing stolen checks.
Police said a home in the 18000 block of Greenwald Drive was broken into on Feb. 9. Among the things that were taken was a checkbook. The stolen checks were then cashed in late February and March.
Police are putting out the photo of a man who they said cashed some of the stolen checks on March 3 at an ATM off Telegraph Road in Redford Township.
Anyone with information on the man in the photo is asked to call Southfield police at 248-795-5500.
