DETROIT – All this week, Local 4 teamed up with one of the top nutrition experts in the state to talk about foods that help you live healthier.
Dr. Tom Rifai is certified by and former president of the American Board of Physician Nutrition Specialists as well as a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine. He now serves as a hospital Medical Director of Metabolic Nutrition and Weight Management for St Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan.
