DETROIT – Police are searching for 17-year-old Nicholas Lillard, who was last see when he was released from the Detroit Detention Center Friday at 2:30 p.m. Police say the missing boy has the mental capacity of a nine-year-old, due to a mental illness.
Nicholas is 5 feet 10 inches, weighs 160 pounds and has medium brown complexion, black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket.
