FBI, Troy police release picture of bank robber
Robber strikes TCF Bank on Coolidge Road
TROY, Mich. – The FBI is offering a $2,500 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of a bank robber who struck Thursday morning in Troy.
Police said the robbery happened around 11 a.m. at the TCF Bank branch at 1484 Coolidge Road.
The man got away with an undisclosed amount of money. Police didn't say if he had a weapon.
Police have released a picture of the robber, and describe the robber as white, between 35 and 50 years old, 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet 2 inches tall and between 180 and 210 pounds, and has sandy brown hair.
He was wearing a black Carhartt jacket over a black hooded sweatshirt with jeans and brown shoes.
Anyone with information on the man in the picture or the bank robbery is asked to call Troy police at 248-524-3477 or the FBI at 313-965-2323.
