LIVONIA, Mich. – A semi-truck crash spilled garbage across I-96 in Livonia early Wednesday morning, forcing the closure of the interstate.
The westbound lanes at Merriman Road were closed from 6 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. while crews clean up the scene.
Michigan State Police say two people in a car suffered minor injuries, but didn't immediately release any other details on what had caused the crash.
