LIVONIA, Mich. – A neighborhood in Livonia in on edge after a man has been seen stealing from their properties.
A resident says that a man stole several items from her front porch and garage, and it isn't the first time.
The first occurrence was in June when he stole a package from her doorstep and other items from her lawn.
Now, he's stolen some of her Halloween decorations.
Local businesses have security footage of a similar man stealing from them as well.
