ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The University of Michigan has confirmed that all 10 students, three faculty members and one staff member are safe in France.
The university was able to reach out to personnel traveling abroad quickly because of the wide us of the university's international travel registry.
University personnel is continuing to monitor the situation in France.
Many members of the university community have strong ties to France, including dozens of students from France studying on the Ann Arbor campus.
Support for students is available through CAPS, the university's Counseling and Psychological Services unit.
