Police said Myers called 911 on Oct. 31 to report that his 7-months-pregnant girlfriend was unconscious in the Ridgewood Apartment complex and might have overdosed.

Police said it was determined that the woman and the unborn child died from a heroin/Fentanyl overdose.

Myers is charged with delivery causing death. His bond was set at $7,500 cash/surety.
