Rolling gun battle leave one dead on Detroit's west side
DETROIT – Witnesses say a rolling gun battle on a residential street on Detroit's west side left one man dead and two others injured Tuesday night.
Shell casings and broken glass litter Penrod Street following a gun battle between two cars.
"They were coming down Penrod, bumping into each other," explained on witness. "Once they crossed over Westfield, the one grey Taurus hit the Explorer."
Police say the driver of the Taurus was hit and died at the hospital. They say three other people people were in the Taurus. Two were injured in the shooting. The fourth person in the vehicle was not injured.
