DETROIT – The FBI announced Thursday that agents made an arrest in connection to the robbery of an armored van in Greektown.
On Nov. 27 (Black Friday), police said a man dressed in a guard's uniform approached the vehicle, which was parked near the Greektown Casino in Detroit. An employee in the van opened it and the robber walked away with more than $500,000. The Loomis armored van was not making a pick-up or delivery at the casino.
