Soccer coach accused of sexually molesting 12-year-old girl at his home

33-year-old Roseville man charged with criminal sexual conduct

ROSEVILLE, Mich. – A 33-year-old youth soccer coach is accused of sexually molesting a 12-year-old girl at his home in Roseville. 

Jason Niemasz has been arrested and charged with criminal sexual conduct in the first degree. If convicted, he could face life in prison.

Police said the girl's parents reported she had been sexually molested by Niemasz while she was a guest at his house in November. She was visiting his children, who she was friends with. 

Police said Niemasz and the girl met while playing soccer with the American Youth Soccer Organization in Warren, where Niemasz was a volunteer coach. 

He is being held at the Macomb County Jail on a $100,000 cash bond. His next court hearing is scheduled for Dec. 23. 

Roseville police investigators said this may not be an isolated incident and are urging any other potential victims to please speak with their parents if they too are a victim and report the assault.
