Source: Detroit police believe they have persons of interest in Paige Stalker's death
Local 4 has learned that two people who Detroit police have incarcerated on unrelated charges are believed to be persons of interest in Paige Stalker’s death.
“They do not want to give the family false hope. The investigation is ongoing,” a police source told Local 4.
The 16-year-old Grosse Pointe Farms teen was in a parked car Dec. 22, 2014, with friends on Detroit's east side when a man opened fire, killing her. No charges have been brought.

“We are following up on leads. That is factual,” Detroit Police Chief James Craig said. “We’re still working this case as if it was yesterday and we are talking to different people but we’re not talking to someone that we’ve taken into custody in connection to this case.”
