Chilly start today with wind chills in the teens

A chilly start with wind chills in the teens to low 20s and dry as you head out.

Clouds mixed with a little bit of sunshine and feeling cooler most of the day. That’s easy after a warm stretch of days and it won’t be a sharp drop in temps today. Look for highs in the mid to upper 30s with a few neighborhoods trying to hit 40 degrees. Winds are cool, but light ENE 5-10 mph.

A nice Tuesday on tap with a mix of clouds and sun and temps starting cool in the 20s early and then warming to near 40 degrees. A big weather maker will take aim at SE Lower Michigan on Wednesday.

We may start dry Wednesday but wet weather moves in midday with either a wintry mix or rain to start as highs will be in the low 40s.

Rain showers through the afternoon changing back to snow late Wednesday and it could start stacking up.

Early model data suggests late Wednesday through early Thursday snow could add up to 2-4”. It’s early and we will keep you updated on changes to the forecast and snow totals. Before you head out, get the FREE Local4Casters Weather and Storm Pins apps free in your app store under WDIV.
