HARPER WOODS, Mich. – A woman was killed early Friday morning when she crashed going the wrong way on Interstate 94 in Harper Woods, police said.
Harper Woods police said the woman was involved in a crash at Harper and Vernier, and fled the scene. She got onto eastbound I-94 going west and crashed into a car near Allard Avenue, police said.

She was killed. The people in the car she hit are expected to be OK.
Police said it's not known yet if drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash.
