DETROIT – Three people were killed Saturday morning after they were ejected from a vehicle during a crash on I-94 on Detroit’s east side.
The accident happened just after 1 a.m. on I-94 near Helen Street.

The remaining rear passenger had to be removed from the car by Detroit firefighters and is in critical condition.
Two of the people ejected were pronounced dead at the scene. The third later died at the hospital.
