Waterford Township police seek man who allegedly exposed himself

Witnesses say he exposed himself to shoppers at a retail store

WATERFORD TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Police say they need help identifying a man who allegedly exposed himself to shoppers at a Waterford Township store on June 19.

The Waterford Township Police Department said they believe the man captured on surveillance camera exposed himself while shopping at a retail store in the 7000 block of Highland Road.

Witnesses say the man was over 6 feet tall and had medium brown hair and is believed to be in his 30s to early 40s. The man in question was seen wearing a dark zip up sweatshirt with a green logo on the back.

He was also wearing black spandex shorts and sunglasses.

Police say he is a currently a person of interest and officials are still investigating.

People in the strip mall told Local 4 they think they've seen the man hanging around in the last few weeks.

Other store owners said they're going to check their cameras and see if they have a better shot of the man.
