ST. CLAIR COUNTY, Mich. – A jet skier was hurt Thursday in a collision with a boat in Fisher Bay, the U.S. Coast Guard said.
The bay is northeast of Harsens Island.
A man riding a jet ski around 20mph crashed into a boat. High speeds are to blame for the crash and damages to the boat caused it to sink halfway.
The Coast Guard said a man on the jet ski was transported to Mclaren Hospital, and suffered multiple broken bones in the crash, but is expected to recover soon.
