DETROITUPDATE: Ja'Lynn Chapman has returned home safely

Detroit police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing 11-year-old boy.

Police said Ja’Lynn Chapman left his house in the 1600 block of Campau Farms Cir just before 9 p.m. Wednesday after getting into a disagreement with his family over chores. He has not been seen or heard from since.

He is described as 5 feet tall, 100 pounds with brown eyes and black hair that is styled in mini dreads. He was last seen wearing a white tank top, black shorts with a blue stripe down the sides  and black and gray basketball shoes.
