Pizza ATM debuts at Xavier university in Ohio
CINCINNATI, OH – Pizza lovers now that we have your attention...listen up.
Xavier University in Cincinnati has partnered with the French company Paline, to install the first pizza ATM in North America.
Paline says the machine can hold up to 70 pizzas at once and customers can select their pizzas from a touch screen for $10.
Once selected, the pizza is heated for several minutes, placed in a cardboard box and is then ejected through a slot.
Paline says the pizza dispensers have been in Europe for 14 years, typically in small towns at gas stations or pizzerias.
