Lifetime Fitness employee charged with stealing money from customers' lockers

Management said hundreds of dollars were found in employee's bag

BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A Lifetime Fitness employee was arrested Saturday for allegedly stealing money from customers' lockers while they were at the gym.

Police responded to the Lifetime Fitness at 4106 Telegraph Road, after several people said money had been stolen from their lockers while they were using the gym. When police arrived, management members said they suspected an employee and confronted him when he was leaving at the end of his shift. The man had several hundred dollars hidden in his backpack.

Trebyon Desmond Green, 20, of Pontiac, was arrested by Bloomfield Township police and charged with three felony counts of larceny in a building. Green is being held on $10,000 bail.
