DTE: Thousands without power in Rochester

Power outage due to underground cable line failure

ROCHESTER, Mich. – DTE said about 2,700 customers are without power in downtown Rochester due to an underground cable line failure at the Rochester substation in the area of Main Street between Second and Third.

DTE said it expects that some customers will be power restored by Monday evening.
