Today's heavy rainfall affecting Metro Detroit has caused several areas of Harper Hospital to have storm water intrusion. Non-emergent operating cases have been canceled so emergent cases can be handled in unaffected DMC areas and diagnostic cases will be delayed. All other DMC operations are running normally. We regularly prepare for situations like this and have plans in place for responding to weather-related incidents.
