A long-time lottery player hit it big -- by repeatedly losing money.
A 29-year-old Italian man sued the country's National Lottery complaining that he had never won a prize.
He said over the course of one year, he spent $3,300 on 225 scratch-off type tickets. None of them were winners.
A judge ruled in his favor because the lottery failed to list the probability of winning and a warning about gambling addiction on its tickets. In the ruling, the man was refunded $3,300.
