Bulldog statue stolen from Birmingham Gas Station, authorities investigate

BIRMINGHAM, Mich. – Police are searching for a man they say stole a bulldog statue from outside a Birmingham Mobile gas station in mid-October.

A man walked into the gas station located at 1605 E. Maple to buy cigarettes.

Surveillance video shows a woman who was waiting outside for the man pointed to the statue when he was leaving the gas station, and the man grabbed the statue and took off.  

Employees said the station's owner bought the bulldog statue at the Birmingham farmer’s market.
