Of all the possible factors, a new study finds sleep as the biggest influence on how confident people feel.

The study was done by Fitness First, a privately owned health club group.

The top four confidence factors for men:

1. Sufficient sleep

2. Pay day

3. Healthy eating

4. Doing well at work
