Oakland police make disturbing discovery after suspicious 911 call
PONTIAC, Mich – The Oakland County Sheriff's Office said officers responding to a suspicious 911 call made a gruesome discovery after entering the home where the call originated from.
At approximately 10 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to a 911 call in which a person could be heard making gurgling noises.
When officers arrived at the home, they heard a woman tell them their assistance was not needed. The responding officers convinced the woman to open the door.
Upon entry to the home, the officers found a man sitting on the couch with significant stab wound injuries to his abdomen.
The 47-year-old man was transported to McLaren Hospital, where he died.
The woman was taken into custody and refused to speak to detectives.
Police are still investigating.
