Utica Road at 15 Mile Road will be closed tonight between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. tomorrow morning, Mayor Joe Nichols confirmed.
A 32-inch HDPE pipe running parallel to the south right of way line of 15 Mile Road is being installed.
