Ground still moving at Fraser sinkhole site

Fix expected to take months

FRASER, Mich. – The ground is still moving in Fraser and brand new worries have arisen as crews work around the clock on a sinkhole fix that could take months.

Surveyors at the site said Monday night's rain loosened the ground up around the collapsed pipe, but as of right now, it's important to note there's no new damage.

A time-lapse video shows workers continuing to make progress on a bypass lane, but the project is still expected to take weeks.
