Chesterfield Township police set up surveillance at Beck's home and arrested him when he got back from work Sunday evening.

Investigators found possible evidence of the sexual assault in his home.

Beck is charged with first-degree criminal sexual assault, which carries a minimum sentence of 25 years in prison and a maximum sentence of life in prison.

Beck is being held in the Macomb County Jail on $50,000 bail.

In December 2015, Beck was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a person younger than 13, police said. The charges are scheduled to be tried in the Macomb County Circuit Court.
