Housing secretary Ben Carson to launch listening tour Wednesday in Detroit

DETROIT – The newly-appointed U.S. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson will be in Detroit on Wednesday to launch his national listening tour. 

Carson, a native of Detroit, plans to hear directly from "key stakeholders who rely upon and support public housing," his office announced. 

Carson will visit none other than Benjamin Carson High School at 5 p.m. Wednesday.
