Michigan governor on photo with Trump: 'You know me -- relentless positive action'

DETROIT – When Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder met with President Donald Trump earlier this month, the President said he would pose for a photo with the governor "even though he didn't support me."

Snyder commented about the meeting Wednesday, saying he understands he's probably one of many on the list of people who didn't support Trump during his campaign.

"There's probably quite a few people that were on that list along with me, so I view it as again, he's president, I'm governor, and I want to have a good relationship because our citizens don't want to see issues between different levels of government, they want to see services out of all of us. And you know me -- relentless positive action. I'm going to try and be good partners with everybody that I can," Snyder said.
