DETROIT – Westbound I-94 at Outer Drive and eastbound I-94 at French Road in Detroit have now been reopened after a police situation closed the section of the highway for over four hours.
Michigan State Police said a man was threatening to harm himself with a gun near a side street.
The man has been taken into custody and the roads are now open.
