Police seek to identify bank robbery suspect in Pittsfield Township


Authorities in Pittsfield Township are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who they say robbed a Comerica Bank Friday.

Police said a white man who stands approximately 6 feet tall approached a bank teller inside the Comerica Bank on Carpenter Road and handed a threatening demand note.

The man left with an undisclosed amount of money and fled the scene, police said.

The FBI and the Eastern Michigan University Police are investigating.
