DETROIT – A man was fatally shot Saturday night on Detroit’s west side.
According to police, a man in a gold Jeep Grand Cherokee got out of the vehicle at 10:50 p.m. in the 1600 block of Ardmore Street, shot a man and left the scene.
The victim was taken to the hospital, where he died, police said.
The victim’s age and identity are unknown. The shooter is described as being 5 feet 7 inches to 6 feet tall. He was wearing a dark-colored hoodie.
