DETROIT – Homicide investigators from the Detroit Police Department are investigating a deadly shooting on the city's west side.
The shooting happened just before 2 a.m. near the intersection of Kentucky and Pilgrim.

A man in his mid-40s has not been identified although he was found next to an SUV with a Mississippi license.
At this time police have not released a suspect description or any circumstances surrounding the shooting.
