Residents can still pursue claims for damages in Flint water crisis

FLINT, Mich. – U.S. District Judge Judith Levy late today issued the attached 101-page opinion which allows Flint residents to continue to pursue their constitutional claims for damages in federal court against the city of Flint, its former emergency managers and some state officials for their role in the city’s lead contamination incident.
