CHESTERFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. – A shot was heard inside a home in Chesterfield Township where police were outside Wednesday night during a standoff.
Police said they arrived Wednesday at the home near Sugarbrush Road and Bay Point Drive with a warrant. A shot was heard from inside the home, officials said.
After a three-hour standoff with police, the man inside the home surrendered. The situation ended peacefully.
