MANCHESTER, Mich. – Two men were killed in a crash Tuesday night in Manchester.
According to police, the men were driving north on Parr Street in a Volkswagen Jetta at a high rate of speed. The vehicle crossed City Road and ran through a guard rail.
The vehicle then went airborne into a ravine and hit several trees, police said.
The men, a 38-year-old from Tecumseh and a 32-year-old from Clinton Township, were going to work.
Police said speed is a factor. It’s unknown if alcohol or drugs were factors.
