Small explosion reported at U.S. Steel plant on Zug Island

RIVER ROUGE, Mich. – River Rouge fire officials confirm there was a small explosion at the U.S. Steel Plant on Zug Island around 11:40 p.m. Monday.

The cause of the explosion is under investigation.
