Singer Bruno Mars announces $1M donation to Flint water crisis during Michigan concert

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. – Singer Bruno Mars announced Saturday night at his concert in Auburn Hills that he would be donating $1 million to Flint.

Flint has been in the midst of a water crisis after switching to the Flint River as the city's water source in April 2014. Lead began leaching into the drinking water supply from pipes, causing rashes and illnesses.
