Roseville family pleads for return of puppy after surveillance video captures theft

ROSEVILLE, Mich. – A family in Roseville is searching for its puppy after someone stole him Tuesday night.

After Bradley Karalis let the family's three dogs outside, one of them pushed the fence open. He saw two of the dogs running, but their 10-week-old puppy, Thor, was gone.

"I didn't see my third one, so I went into panic,” Karalis said.

He and his wife, Amanda, have been searching for the puppy that their 4-year-old son, Tegan, is missing the dog.

“If you guys can please return my son's dog, it would mean the world, and I'm hoping and praying God can help us guide us and find him,” Karalis said.

Surveillance video from a senior citizen facility next door showed that the puppy was stolen. The video has not been released, but photos showed that the thieves were driving a dark-colored Dodge Charger that appeared to have chrome rims.

If you have any information about the dog's location or the theft, call police at 586-447-4475.
