Peeping Tom incidents reported in student shower facilities at Oakland University

ROCHESTER, Mich. – Campus officials warned students Wednesday morning about a series of peeping Tom incidents in the showers at Oakland University.

According to the Oakland University Police Department, authorities received three complaints of peeping Tom incidents over the past two days.

The incidents happened in the shower areas of the student residential facilities. 

Two of the incidents involved a cell phone being held above the shower curtain.

Authorities said the peeping Tom was described as a black man, between the ages of 18 and 21, about 5 feet 9 inches tall and was wearing gray sweat pants and a dark colored shirt.

The investigation is ongoing.
