VIDEO: Purse stolen as homeowner sleeps just feet away in Las Vegas home invasion

Police in Las Vegas are looking for two suspects who were caught on surveillance video entering a home and stealing a purse while the homeowner slept just feet away.

Footage shows one of the suspects tiptoeing into the house and stealing a purse off the kitchen counter. The thief returns at least twice to steal more items. All the while, the owner is asleep on a sofa.

As the suspects leave, one of them flips his middle finger at a surveillance camera in the yard.

According to KSNV, the home invasion happened September 8 just after 10 p.m.

The homeowner said the suspects entered over the back wall of their property and that their back door was open. The duo was in his home for at least ten minutes while he was asleep on the couch.

Police are still looking for the thieves.
