DETROIT – A man was shot three times Monday morning just north of New Center in Detroit.
According to police, the shooting happened at about 3:15 a.m. on Holbrook Avenue, near Woodward Avenue.
Police said the man was shot in the head and twice in the groin area. He was taken to the hospital and his condition in unknown.
Several people in the area said they heard several shots and saw the victim on the ground.
No other information was made available.
