ROYAL OAK, Mich. – A series of thefts occurred at the Royal Oak LA Fitness after lockers were broken into.
According to the Royal Oak Police Department, at least four lockers were broken into, having personal property stolen, at the LA Fitness at 25352 Woodward Ave. during the Oct. 27-29 weekend.

After the locks were removed from the men’s changing room lockers, four wallets with cash, cards and personal identification were taken. Three of the thefts were done on Friday, Oct. 27, while the fourth was committed on Sunday, Oct. 29.
The investigation is ongoing.
