A few officers in Forest Hill, Texas had a close call last week when they were nearly hit by a suspected drunk driver. The incident was captured on dashcam video.
The footage shows three officers assisting a disabled vehicle on the side of a highway. Five people are standing beside the officers' parked patrol car on the shoulder when another driver suddenly plows into it.
The officers narrowly avoid the speeding vehicle, moving out of the way just in time.
One officer is seen pulling out his gun. No shots were fired.

According to KXAN, Cedric Keith Henson, Jr. was arrested and faces a charge of driving while intoxicated.
No one was injured.
Police said Henson drove around one parked patrol car but hit the second one. The back of the cruiser took the brunt of the impact.
The Forest Hill Police Department posted the video to Facebook on Sunday, urging people to not drink and drive.

A couple of Forest Hill Police Officers and citizens had a close call Thursday night. The officers had responded to a vehicle that was disabled in a lane of traffic in the 5100 block of SE Loop 820. They had pushed the vehicle to the shoulder and were awaiting the arrival of a wrecker, when another vehicle drove around their patrol cars, narrowly missing the officers and citizens on the shoulder. The vehicle did seriously damage one of the patrol cars on the scene. The driver of the vehicle was arrested at the scene for Driving While Intoxicated. Please don't drink and drive, folks.
